March 8 was a red letter day for all of us involved in Living on Loring.
The whole thing had taken three months to make, and required many, many sleepless nights (especially for artists-in-residence, Romina A. Diaz and Ann Wizer), but in the end, it was all worth it. To say that the opening reception was a success would be sheer understatement: it was worth all the hard work and the long days, it was incredible, it was life-changing, it made me (and I’d like to think, those who came to participate in the launch of the exhibit) believe again. More details about the launch and exhibit itself later.
